By accessing or using TakeFLyt (takeflyt.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. What we offer
TakeFLyt sells digital eSIM data plans for international and domestic mobile data roaming. We act as a reseller of eSIM connectivity provided by our network partners.
3. Device compatibility
It is your responsibility to confirm your device supports eSIM technology and is carrier-unlocked before purchasing. TakeFLyt is not responsible for incompatible device purchases.
4. Order fulfillment
Upon successful payment, your eSIM QR code and activation details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, typically within seconds.
5. Data usage and validity
Each plan has a fixed data allowance and validity period as displayed at purchase. Unused data does not roll over after the validity period ends.
6. Refunds and cancellations

7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use TakeFLyt eSIMs for any unlawful purpose or to resell data plans without authorization.
8. Limitation of liability
TakeFLyt is not liable for network outages or service interruptions caused by our network partners beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TakeFLyt after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
